Before I forget how I did this:
Loose Omelette with Spam®
1 handfull fresh spinach leaves
1 medium red potato
1 medium yellow onion
1/2 can Spam®
4 slices Land O’ Lakes® American Cheese
4 pats of butter
2 eggs
1 packet Goya® con azafran seasoning

Someone gave me some pretty good turnips, so I decided to make turnip pasta. It actually tastes pretty damned good. Here’s how:
Pasta From Turnips
About 1 lb turnips
2 or so Cups Bread Flour
2 or so Cups Semolina Flour
salt
garlic powder
olive oil
1 Egg

I spent the day shredding my back pasture, then I came in and cooked turnips.
I believe this makes it certifiable.
